Payment Policies

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

- Short stays (overnight/weekend) are paid in full at booking

- Monthly stays require a $200 deposit

- Remaining balances must be paid by the due date (check-in)

- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking are refunded (minus $15 transaction fee)

-All other cancellations are refunded 50%, no refunds are given for cancellation 15 days or less from check in.

- Seasonal membership and Monthly deposits are non-refundable.

-Holiday weekend reservations, special event weekends are not refundable. You may reschedule to another time within the season.

By reserving, checking in, or occupying a campsite, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless prior approval is granted by management. Late checkouts may result in additional nightly charges/ hourly charges.

2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Guest authorizes the campground to charge the payment method on file for unpaid balances, approved reservation charges, damages, excessive cleanup, returned payments, utility damages, late checkout fees, chargebacks, or violations of campground policies.

3. DAMAGES

Guests are financially responsible for damages caused by guests, visitors, pets, vehicles, or equipment during occupancy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Utility pedestals

• Water connections

• Sewer connections

• Picnic tables

• Fire rings

• Landscaping

• Gates

• Campground fixtures and property

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file.

4. CAMPGROUND RULES

Guests agree to follow all campground rules, including quiet hours, visitor policies, speed limits, pet policies, and safety regulations.

Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy without refund for violations, unsafe conduct, disorderly behavior, or destruction of property.

5. LIABILITY

Guests use campground facilities at their own risk. Campground is not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, injuries, weather damage, utility interruptions, or acts beyond management control.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation policies apply according to campground policy and reservation type.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing a reservation, checking in, making payment, signing electronically, or occupying a site, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
